AB 998 Transparency Bill
On Febuary 18, 2011 CA Assemblyman Mike Morrell proposed a Bill that requires the Legislature to disclose the proposed budget online 3 days before it is voted on. Thank you Lord for hearing the prayers of our Tea Partiers!!! This Bill will be the beginning in ending corruption and similar bills need to be added across the county in every state. See Assemblyman Mike Morrell speak about the bill Here!
AZ Governor Jan Brewer Vetos Birther
Bill
Governor Brewer has lost popularity by vetoing a
bill that would support that Presidential Candidates would have to prove
citizenship. Previously Gov. Brewer had become an icon for Constitutional
Support but backed away on an opportunity to protect our nation from foreign
enemies trying to get into American Leadership.
Tea
Party United
The Tea Party at the
Capital was a success with speakers Senator Doug LaMalfa and former Minority
Leader Chuck DeVore in attendance and special guest speaker CRP President Tom
Del Beccaro. Sen. LaMalfa spoke in favor of SB22, I completely agree and hope the High Speed Rail never gets built. Sacramento has already been plagued by its own problems with Oakland and we would see our state quickly destroyed by importing Los Angeles problems. On a lighter note in spite of the rain people came to support fiscal
responsibility in government. While the Tea Party Patriots (TPP) were
criticized at their rally for banning members who were trying to pass out
Pro-Life information.
BeanHead Supports Pro-Life
In a contrasting story a local Sacramento Coffee
Roastery is supporting Pro-life efforts by releasing a special "Heritage
Blend" of coffee with 20% of the sales being used to support prenatal care
centers and other worthwhile charities. A great example of a local business
caring about it's community.
